Delivery

When will I get my order?

  • Processing time: Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Exceptions may apply, and in such cases, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout will reflect this.
  • Shipping time: This depends on your location:
    • Australia: 2-14 business days
    • USA: 3-4 business days
    • Europe: 6-8 business days
    • Japan: 4-8 business days
    • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
  • The actual shipping time will be confirmed by the courier company once your order is shipped.

Note: High volumes of orders may cause delays. Additional days in transit may be required. We will inform you via email if significant delays are expected.

Pandemic-related Delays: Due to COVID-19, fulfillment times may be longer than usual. Delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers, are expected as the industry faces challenges.

Free Shipping

  • Do we offer free shipping? Yes, 99% of items are shipped free of charge.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not covered by the shipping and handling fee at checkout.
  • If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred by us.

If Your Order Is Delayed

Incorrect Address

  • If you entered the wrong address at checkout and the order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@AuslankaTechnologies.com.au. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Missing Order

  • What to do if your order hasn’t arrived:
    • Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
    • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Note: Unclaimed packages returned to us may require payment for reshipment.

Received a Wrong/Damaged Product

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within four (4) weeks at info@AuslankaTechnologies.com.au with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Cost: This covers the shipping method selected at checkout and does not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

  • Ancillary Fees: Additional fees by the shipping carrier for services like storage or expedited clearance.
