Refund Eligibility Criteria

Defective or Non-Functional Items

If an item you received is faulty or not working as described, please reach out to us promptly. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange if the item:

  • Does not perform as described on our website or packaging.

  • Has a defect that impairs its intended use.

Items Not Received

In cases where your item has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will verify the shipping status and, if confirmed undelivered, will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Misrepresented or Incorrectly Advertised Items

Should you receive an item that does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a return and refund or replacement. This is in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees consumers’ rights to products that meet the description and are fit for purpose.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to review all product details before completing a purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We process and ship orders using the exact details submitted at the time of purchase and do not manually verify or correct address information.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any approved refund. Additional reshipping charges may also apply if the customer requests the order to be resent.

Items Damaged Due to Misuse or Mishandling

Any item damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not in Resale Condition

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and components intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing parts cannot be refunded, as we cannot resell these items.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent returns, Auslanka Technologies reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item’s condition or return reason does not meet our refund policy guidelines. This includes cases where:

  • The item shows signs of significant use or tampering inconsistent with its condition at purchase.

  • Serial numbers or security features on returned items have been removed or altered.
